She works one-on-one with participants, conducting stakeholder interviews to shape the process, and leading structured meetings that foster productive dialogue - Siobhan will tailor her approach to each group’s needs, She has guided hundreds of teams and communities in developing their own collaborative solutions.

Siobhan helps organizations and communities build meaningful connections and foster inclusive participation. Through targeted outreach, stakeholder interviews, and structured engagement processes, She creates processes that allow diverse voices to be heard and integrated into decision-making. By designing strategies that are both participatory and results-driven, she supports communities in shaping solutions that are equitable, actionable, and supported.

Siobhan holds a certificate in Mediation from the Mediation Center of Rochester as well as a Master’s Degree in Conflict Resolution from Antioch University Midwest. She has worked in Utah’s Third District Court on Family and Co-Parenting cases. Additionally, Siobhan has helped numerous leadership groups, agencies and non-profit boards to move through internal challenges and move forward productively.
